This Cherry Creek North home was transformed from a dated 90's aesthetic into an authentic, refined space that celebrates a worldly couple's Italian heritage. Through thoughtful design honoring their global experiences, we were also able to embrace modern living.
The renovation opened up the layout for better flow and connection, adding large windows for natural light and reconfiguring the stairwell to create openness in the dining area. The kitchen was redesigned for both function and elegance, featuring a custom bar and larder replacing outdated storage.
Key updates include a Jerusalem limestone fireplace with warm wood built-ins, a primary bathroom blending timeless marble with bespoke art glass, and a modernized staircase with refined finishes. Every detail was considered for aging-in-place functionality.
